The CBBC is committed to inspiring both the singers and our live audiences with the magnificence and emotional power of the best choral music ever written. A world in which this didn’t happen would be unimaginable: a world without soul.
Putting on concerts in excellent, historic venues, however, is very expensive. We employ professional orchestras, soloists and, of course, our musical director and accompanist. Our subscriptions and ticket sales go part of the way towards financing all this activity, but to keep our standards and artistic freedom up, extra sponsorship is absolutely vital.
How can you help?
- Become a patron or friend
- Sponsor a season, a concert, or an instrument
- Come to our workshops
- Come to our concerts
Patrons and Friends are effectively non-singing members of the CBBC. As a Patron or Friend you will receive three newsletters a year, priority (and discount) booking on concert tickets and invitations to any social gatherings that the choir may be organising, with the opportunity to meet Nigel Perrin, Marcus Sealy and Simon Carr Minns in an informal context. To find out more, please contact Melanie Page on 01380 729145, email page@manmar.freeserve.co.uk.
CBBC actively seeks sponsorship at all levels, ranging from a simple programme advertisement to the branded sponsorship of an entire season. We can offer sponsors an attractive package of benefits to match the level of financial commitment. To find out more, please contact Janet Read at janet@rral.co.uk.
